Spicy Peanut Carrot Noodles veggetti recipes


2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
2 tablespoons water
10 Oz carrots spriralized
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chilli garlic sauce
1 tablespoon splenda
1 tablespoon honey
Cooking spray
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds(for topping)
¼ cup chopped fresh scallions(for topping)

Method Of Preparation:


Take a large frying pan and put it on the medium high heat coat it with cooking spray.Now take the sprialized carrots and saute it for 5 minutes.To this add salt and pepper. Take a small mixing bowl and in that whisk ginger,garlic,soy sauce,vinegar,honey,Splenda,chile garlic sauce,water,sesame oil and peanut butter powder.Mix the sauce with carrots.Stir well all the ingrediants on medium low heat until sauce becomes thick and carrots are coated well with the sauce.Don’t over heat it.Heat it only for 5 minutes.Plate top with sesame seeds and scallions and serve.

Oven should be pre heated to 450 degrees.Take th potatoes and put it in the Veggetti and make noodles.Trim the noodles so that they are served well.Take a mixing bowl and place the potato noodles in it and drizzle olive oil on it,a pinch of garlic powder,asiago cheese and also add pepper and salt to taste.Mix it well and toss it to coat throughly.Now take the potatoes and spread it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper so that the potatoes should not be overlapped.Also you can use 2 baking tray’s if needed.Take asiago cheese and drizzle over the potatoes so that it will cover all the potatoes.Now bake in the over for 15 minutes and then flip over.Bake it for another 15 minutes or until it becomes brown.Don’t over bake it. Flip it for every 5 minutes.Remove it from the oven and enjoy as a snack or serve atop a salad.

½ Cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 Cup plain almond milk
1tablespoon coconut flour
